2025 TVVFA Scholarship Applications Available
The Tualatin Valley Volunteer Firefighters Association (TVVFA) maintains three Community Funds. These funds are used to support community service activities and educational advancements. All monies in these funds are used exclusively for public purposes and are considered tax deductible by the IRS.
As stated in our bylaws, this Fund exists to, "help support community service activities and educational advancements within or in support of the Fire District and the Fire Service."
This fund is used used for things such as providing training opportunities for our Volunteers, providing service and repairs to TVF&R's fleet of antique apparatus, and supporting other fire service related activities and organizations.
As stated in our bylaws, this Fund exists to, "help support community service activities and educational advancements within the jurisdiction of the former Washington County Fire District #2."
Each year this fund supports the North Plains Easter Egg Hunt.
As stated in our bylaws, this Fund exists to, "help support community service activities and educational advancements within the jurisdiction of the former Newberg Fire Department."
Each year this fund supports the Newberg Toy & Joy program and the Newberg Easter Egg Hunt. This fund also recently supported the restoration of the TVF&R's 1936 Chevrolet antique fire engine.
If you would like to donate* to one of these Community Funds, send a check made out to “Tualatin Valley Volunteer Firefighters Association” (include the name of the Community Fund in the memo) and mail it to:
